These Terms of Use (hereinafter — the Agreement) define the terms of use of the website seenaptec.com, its sections, materials, and the features available through it.
1. General Provisions
1.1.
The owner and administrator of the website seenaptec.com (hereinafter — the Site) is:

1.2.
The Site is intended to provide information about Seenaptec LLC, Seenaptec products and technologies, software, hardware, solutions, services, documentation, and other materials, as well as for interaction with customers, partners, and other interested parties.
1.3.
By using the Site, including viewing its pages, using forms, downloading materials, or otherwise interacting with the Site's features, the User confirms that they have read this Agreement and accept its terms.
If the User does not agree with the terms of this Agreement, they must stop using the Site.
1.4.
The use of certain products, software, cloud services, mobile applications, APIs, demo environments, or other Seenaptec solutions may be governed by separate license agreements, contracts, and terms of use.
This Agreement in itself does not grant the User a license to software, protocols, software libraries, APIs, or other intellectual property of Seenaptec LLC, unless expressly provided for in a separate document.

2. Terms
Site — the website available at seenaptec.com, including its pages, subdomains, and materials posted on it.
Administration — Seenaptec LLC.
User — any person who accesses the Site or uses its features.
Materials — texts, images, diagrams, interfaces, software and technical descriptions, documentation, video materials, graphic elements, databases, and other results of intellectual activity posted on the Site.
Seenaptec Products — software, cloud services, mobile applications, software components, protocols, APIs, integration tools, and other solutions offered by Seenaptec LLC.
3. Use of the Site
3.1.
The User may use the Site and the materials posted on it for informational, reference, and other lawful purposes, subject to compliance with this Agreement and the legislation of the Russian Federation.
3.2.
When using the Site, the User undertakes to:
- comply with the legislation of the Russian Federation;
- refrain from actions capable of disrupting the normal operation of the Site;
- not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, servers, accounts, software, or other infrastructure of Seenaptec LLC;
- not use malicious software;
- not attempt to bypass technical protection measures or access restrictions;
- not use the Site to distribute unlawful information;
- provide accurate information when filling out Site forms;
- respect the rights of Seenaptec LLC and third parties to the results of intellectual activity.
3.3.
The use of automated tools to collect information from the Site is not permitted if such use creates an excessive load on the Site's infrastructure, disrupts its operation, or is carried out for the purpose of unlawful copying or commercial use of the materials.
4. Information About Products and Services
4.1.
The Administration strives to keep the information posted on the Site up to date; however, the functionality, specifications, composition, appearance, compatibility, price, and terms of provision of products and services may change as they evolve.
4.2.
Information about products, software, hardware, technical specifications, prices, tariffs, and delivery terms posted on the Site is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute a public offer, unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant page or in a separate document.
The final technical and commercial terms are determined by a contract, license agreement, commercial proposal, invoice, specification, or other document agreed upon by the parties.
4.3.
Images, diagrams, demonstration interfaces, and other visual materials may differ from the current version of the product.
4.4.
Information about the compatibility of Seenaptec products with third-party software, hardware, protocols, or information systems applies to the versions and configurations indicated on the Site and may change as a result of updates to Seenaptec products or third-party solutions.
5. Documentation and Technical Materials
5.1.
The instructions, manuals, technical descriptions, connection diagrams, specifications, API materials, and other documentation posted on the Site are intended for use in connection with the corresponding Seenaptec products.
5.2.
Unless expressly provided otherwise by the relevant license or document, the open publication of technical materials does not imply the transfer of exclusive rights or the granting of the right to create independent software or hardware products based on them.
5.3.
The User is solely responsible for compliance with technical requirements, instructions, operating conditions, and safety requirements when using software and hardware.
5.4.
Additional license restrictions may apply to certain technologies, software components, protocols, libraries, APIs, and integration kits.

6. Intellectual Property
6.1.
Exclusive rights to the Site, its software components, design, and the materials posted on it belong to Seenaptec LLC or to other rights holders who have granted the corresponding rights to Seenaptec LLC.
6.2.
The name Seenaptec, product names, design elements, logos, and other designations are used by Seenaptec LLC to identify the company, its products, and services.
Their use by third parties must not create a false impression of a partnership, official status, certification, or any other affiliation with Seenaptec LLC.
6.3.
The User may view and use the Site's materials for their own informational and work purposes.
Without the prior written permission of Seenaptec LLC, the following is not permitted, except in cases expressly provided for by law:
- reproduction of a substantial part of the Site's materials for commercial purposes;
- sale or other commercial distribution of the materials;
- publication of technical documentation on behalf of another manufacturer;
- removal of copyright and rights holder information;
- use of the materials to create derivative software or hardware products in cases where the corresponding right has not been separately granted;
- providing third parties with access to restricted or licensed materials.
6.4.
The posting on the Site of information about third-party standards, protocols, technologies, products, and trademarks does not mean that Seenaptec LLC acquires exclusive rights to the corresponding objects.
All rights to such objects belong to their respective rights holders.
7. Software and Demonstration Access
7.1.
In cases where the Site provides the opportunity to access a demonstration version of software, a test environment, a cloud service, or other Seenaptec software products, such access is provided solely for the purposes of familiarization with and evaluation of the product, unless expressly stated otherwise by the Administration.
7.2.
The User is prohibited from using demonstration and test environments for:
- posting unlawful information;
- attempts to disrupt their operation;
- security testing without the prior written permission of Seenaptec LLC;
- gaining unauthorized access;
- using computing resources for purposes unrelated to evaluating the product;
- providing access to third parties in violation of the established terms.
7.3.
The Administration may restrict or terminate demonstration or test access in the event of the User's violation of the established terms, a security threat, or the need to perform technical work.
7.4.
Commercial use of Seenaptec software is governed by the relevant license agreement or contract.
8. Feedback Forms and Requests
8.1.
The User may send messages, requests, and inquiries to the Administration via the forms posted on the Site.
8.2.
Filling out a form does not automatically create an obligation for Seenaptec LLC to enter into a contract, provide a product, demonstration access, special terms, a discount, or perform other actions, unless the parties have separately agreed to do so.
8.3.
The Administration may contact the User using the contact details provided by them for the purpose of processing the relevant message or request.
8.4.
When filling out forms, the User must review the documents governing the processing of personal data.

9. Informational and Advertising Messages
9.1.
Advertising and informational messages are sent with the relevant consent of the User in cases where such consent is required by law.
9.2.
The User may at any time opt out of receiving such messages by the method indicated directly in the message or by contacting Seenaptec LLC.

10. Personal Data
10.1.
The processing of personal data when using the Site is carried out by Seenaptec LLC in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and the Personal Data Processing Policy.
10.2.
In cases where the basis for processing is the consent of the personal data subject, the User provides the relevant consent separately.
11. Third-Party Sites and Services
11.1.
The Site may contain links to websites, app stores, services, documentation, and other internet resources of third parties.
11.2.
Seenaptec LLC does not manage such resources and is not responsible for their content, availability, terms of use, personal data processing policies, or the actions of their owners, except in cases expressly provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
11.3.
Before using a third-party resource, the User is advised to review the rules and policies in effect on it.
12. Availability and Modification of the Site
12.1.
The Administration may change the structure, content, and functionality of the Site, and add or remove its individual sections and materials.
12.2.
The Administration takes reasonable measures to ensure the availability of the Site but does not guarantee its continuous and error-free operation.
Access to the Site or its individual features may be temporarily restricted, in particular, due to maintenance, updates, troubleshooting, or circumstances beyond the Administration's control.
13. Limitation of Liability
13.1.
The User uses the Site with due regard for its informational purpose.
To the extent permitted by the legislation of the Russian Federation, Seenaptec LLC is not liable for losses arising solely from the User's use of outdated information, failure to comply with technical documentation, or use of products in a configuration not provided for by their documentation.
13.2.
Seenaptec LLC is not liable for disruptions to the operation of the Site caused by the actions of telecommunications operators, hosting providers, third-party internet services, the User's hardware or software, or force majeure circumstances, unless otherwise provided by law.
13.3.
This section does not exclude the liability of Seenaptec LLC in cases where such liability cannot be limited or excluded under the legislation of the Russian Federation.
14. Amendments to the Terms of Use
14.1.
Seenaptec LLC may amend this Agreement.
The current version is posted on the Site.
14.2.
A new version of the Agreement takes effect from the moment of its publication on the Site, unless a different effective date is expressly stated in the new version.
Continued use of the Site after the new version takes effect means that the User has read its terms.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
15.1.
This Agreement and the relations connected with the use of the Site are governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
15.2.
The parties strive to resolve any questions and disagreements that arise through negotiations and the exchange of correspondence.
If a dispute cannot be resolved in this manner, it shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
