Production lines, process areas, automation cabinets, and equipment access.

Production and technology zones

Access is assigned to passage points and modes associated with the facility structure in the access control system.

Access is assigned to logical objects, tags, and routes, regardless of the installed device model.

A new zone requires configuring its entry and exit points and their modes.

A zone is created as a perimeter; objects are designated as entrances and exits, after which the system tracks occupancy.

Anti-passback is configured through zone control and passage modes.

The perimeter supports hard anti-passback with access denial and a soft mode that records violations.

Moving a point to another controller requires changing the hardware configuration.

The object is retained; the bindings of its functional slots are changed.

Access to technological equipment

Access to equipment is implemented through an access point and special mode rules.

Equipment or an automation cabinet is described by an object with its own rules.

Qualification verification usually requires an additional personnel parameter or integration.

Access may depend on the presence of a condition: permit, briefing, medical examination, or work permit.

Limiting the number of operations is configured by a special mode or external logic.

A pass may have an entry limit; write-off is performed by the object rule.

Separate sets of points and modes are formed for different workshops.

Objects are grouped by tags and included in maintenance routes.

Contract work and support

Temporary pass and approval route are handled by a separate functional section.

The request is a draft of the pass and does not grant access until issuance.

Special escort mode is configured in the access mode.

Escort is set by the identification mode of the protected object.

For each point, it is necessary to ensure the applicability of the required mode.

One object rule applies to all passes requesting access to it.

Work completion monitoring is based on the passage log.

Current access shows presence in perimeters and active sessions.

Commissioning and maintenance

The engineer works with the controller configuration, its inputs, outputs, and onboard memory.

The engineer sees the device as a set of components assigned to slots of the protected facility.

Signal verification is performed based on the controller status and access point events.

LIVE mode shows the path of each signal from the device to the server.

A standard configuration is transferred between controllers or access points.

Configuration and assignment templates are applied in bulk by manufacturer and model.

Updating depends on compatibility between the software version and the controller firmware.

The firmware catalog is used to automatically select the file and verify the version after installation.
