Seenaptec LLC determines the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of the personal data to be processed, and the actions performed with them.

2.1. Personal Data

When collecting personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation, processing is carried out using databases located on the territory of the Russian Federation, in cases where this is required by law.
6.2.
The Operator performs only those actions with personal data that are necessary to achieve the stated purposes of processing.
6.3.
Distribution of personal data to an indefinite circle of persons is carried out only where a ground provided for by law exists, including separate consent of the personal data subject in cases where such consent is required.
6.4.
Seenaptec LLC does not purposefully collect special categories of personal data concerning racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, health status, and private life.
Seenaptec LLC also does not process biometric personal data unless otherwise expressly provided for by law and the nature of the specific relationship with the personal data subject.
