Partners

Seenaptec grows through a network of integrators, developers, and industry partners.
Seenaptec Philosophy

Partner Network

We do not compete with our partners on projects or build our own implementation network. Design, equipment supply, integration, and support are provided by certified partners with technical support from Seenaptec engineers.

For complex facilities, we join the project together with the partner and provide engineering support during the assessment, design, and implementation stages.

Joint projects

The Partner Program is designed for companies engaged in the design, implementation, and maintenance of security systems.

The following are provided:

  • partner price list;
  • project protection;
  • demo licenses;
  • engineering support;
  • training;
  • joint solution development;
  • marketing support.

The test platform includes the Seenaptec Access Platform, an OSDP line emulator, and connected equipment. The user interacts with the system just as at a real site: adding devices, creating access points, linking components, issuing credentials, and checking events.

The emulator exchanges real OSDP commands with the platform and generates device responses, states, and events. Therefore, when working with the interface, it is almost impossible to tell the emulated equipment from a physical stand.

You can configure and verify:

  • OSDP lines and devices;
  • access points and component binding;
  • persons, identifiers, and credentials;
  • access rules and scenarios;
  • events, alarms, and logs;
  • and much more!

Integration via documented REST API

Seenaptec provides a REST API for the same system areas that the web interface works with. Methods and data models are published in OpenAPI and available through Swagger UI.

The API is divided into four areas:

Area

What is available

Hardware

Servers, OSDP lines, devices, components, access objects, bindings, and service state

Access data

Persons, identifiers, passes, templates, and tags

Log

Events, alarms, operator tags, and current event stream

Security

Authorization, operators, roles, sessions, and security settings

An external system receives a separate operator account. API access is limited by the same role model used for web interface users. This allows you to grant an integration only the necessary permissions.

Based on the API, you can build:

  • integration with HR and information systems;
  • management of persons, identifiers, and passes;
  • receiving events and alarms;
  • monitoring of hardware state;
  • custom interfaces and application modules.

01.
Architecture Without Borders
The project cost is determined by its requirements, not by architectural constraints.

Transitioning to the Seenaptec Access Platform does not require a one-time replacement of the entire system. In most projects, it is sufficient to replace the software and controllers while retaining the existing field infrastructure at the first stage of modernization.

As the facility evolves, actuators can gradually be replaced with modern OSDP devices without changing the platform architecture or the facility's operating logic.

Platform Licensing

Seenaptec is licensed independently of hardware and enables the use of OSDP devices from various manufacturers. Licenses are purchased only for the required platform features and access points, so the system grows with the site without redesigning or replacing software.

Price list

The price list combines platform editions, licensed features, access control devices, and compatible equipment. This makes it possible to determine the cost of each implementation stage in advance and design the project with both current requirements and the facility’s future development in mind.
